Embodied Will
Sacred Somatics with Windley
Embodied Will is not a class.
It is a return.
A return to the body as a living intelligence rather than an object to be corrected.
A return to breath that listens instead of commands.
A return to stillness that is not passive, but deliberate.
Sacred Somatics with Windley arises from the understanding that the body remembers everything—grief, joy, survival, longing—and that true practice begins when we stop forcing it to forget.
This work is slow by design.
Quiet by necessity.
Precise without aggression.
Movement here is not performance.
It is conversation.
Through seated practice, grounded postures, subtle transitions, and nervous-system–aware pacing, Embodied Will invites the practitioner to inhabit their body without coercion. The chair, the floor, the breath—each becomes a threshold rather than a demand.
This is yoga for those who have felt unseen in conventional spaces.
For those whose bodies have learned vigilance.
For those who are tired of being pushed toward light without being allowed to integrate shadow.
Sacred Somatics honors regulation before expansion.
Safety before expression.
Presence before posture.
In this space, the body is not asked to impress.
It is asked to arrive.
Embodied Will is not about becoming more flexible.
It is about becoming more inhabited.
Welcome to a practice that does not rush you forward.
Welcome to a practice that remembers how to stay.
